Hi, I Am Mei

I’m a trained STOTT Mat, Reformer & Chair Pilates instructor—and a process enthusiast.

I have been living in Dubai since 2019. While I have a full-time job working in a very structured, process-driven field, I created this space to share something more personal: my love for mindful movement.

Pilates to me, is all about process, not just the exercises, but the journey of discovering how your body moves, aligns, and strengthens over time. Teaching allows me to grow, give back and connect with others who are also on a path to feel better in their bodies – one session at a time.

Mat Pilates

Start with Mat: whether you’re new to Pilates or already familiar with its flow, mat work is the foundation. You’ll learn control, alignment, and how your body moves with mindfulness.

Chair Pilates

For when you’re ready to deepen your practice. Chair work challenges balance and control in ways that elevate your practice. We always ensure you have a solid foundation mat first.
